vBulletin dollars (turtle dollars)?

Hi. I’m trying to implement a procedure similiar to turtle bucks into version v3. 0. A FEW. FireWorks – Dreamweaver interface

Id like to design my very own website and Dreamweaver didnt possess the versatility to style and design, so I went along to Fireworks but them cannot manage a site.
