It looks fine to my advice now. It has been a document nature encoding issue, just like maybe they your UTF-8 encoding about an ISO nature output. This sometimes happens in case you have a CMS that outputs in a single character set, therefore you build your templates with a different character set
Still fails properly for us… how weird!
Well a minimum of it isn’t the site. I wonder how many other people see exactly like me – suppose we’ll never understand though.

maybe it’s actually a browser setting or perhaps a plugin which is messing things up for yourself…
