Getting my PSD into a good website

Hi everyone, I’ve spend hours browsing the net, and I’ve enquired on multiple discussion boards before, and Thought about hope this’ll be the last one, because I’m dying for getting this working. Truly made my lay-out with photoshop (it even now needs some minimal tweaking, but I will do it later), and Thought about want to get this into a reasonable HTML webpage, My business is using Dreamweaver because my HTML coding abilities are really really low (I know only the simplest basics). My business is in my 1st year of studying mediagraphics, and unforunately they could only teach me personally real webdesign inside my third season, though I’ve been designing stuff in addition to making various things for an extended time now. Posting youtube videos in your blog entries

Regarding youtube videos… Say I find something interesting within a news website which includes a youtube video. (actually I might see the very same video on youtube itself also of course)… If the video finishes, you’ll find " embed" code as well as a URL link. Wish list option in a shopping cart

Hi – I need advice on some sort of shopping cart that has a wish variety. In other words, the customer selects items and puts them right temporary wish list that is reopened on the next visit and invested in. I use Zen Wagon and Cube Basket but neither has this feature. Customization these scripts requires customization of core code – is often messy. transparent background, movable design

ok here’s the question: I have a website i am designing pertaining to my father. he has chosen to use yahoo sitebuilder, and i dont love it i opt to use my own design, but he enjoys the simplicity of all of it so i have consented to style the website using this tool. however my daddy likes the myspace design one in that your dog likes how everything moves onto the background as you move the background stays nonetheless. so my question is this; how do we design my background and website in order that it can look like this but not possess the columns and glasses and such within the design. i need 2 things, the transparency and the movability of the form. does that create sense im almost no of a website development guru, but you get what i mean i hope. anyhow, if you most could help me that might be great thank you. have a very good day. here is the website if you would like look at the idea: www. defensivecombat. com. Simple Tips ´n tricks to make cool designs in Dreamweaver.

Acceptable some background details. Im taking any class which educates us webdesign. Recently we recieved a task to create a website intended for whatever or whomever we want and I want some extra capabilities, that our teacher didnt teach us the way to do, in the page to create a good impression. What we figured out was basic CSS such as: Custom link colour, Different heading, incorporating images to containers. Also we learned the way to add flash films, pictures and background image, aswell because make the background " unscrollable". Help: phpMyAdmin Not Working

Hey, I’m use free internet hosting at http: //myplus. org, help: MySQL & PHP, FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOL account, File Office manager, FREE Script Installer, cPanel Vista I’m seeking to backup my MySQL repository. I’ve tried logging into phpMyAdmin on the cPanel but aging seem to operate. On the other hand, when I entry my website normally, the content on the database is viewed correctly. I have no idea how to back-up my DB without phpMyAdmin. Is there a way to do it As well as is there the right way to just fix phpMyAdmin Doesnt work how Blank screen php miscalculation.

How do I setup a search by location box

Hello there, Im having a site which will certainly display job entries. Its going as a nationwide (UK) internet site hosting jobs from everywhere in the country. All the careers and user data are going to be stored in your database so they’ll be searchable. My problem is that my client prefers the users every single child search for jobs in certain locations and then within a certain distance of this location. How would I go about setting this up would I need to enter all the british isles cities and postcodes as well as setup some relationship between all those meals so it could discover which ones were being relevant That seems like many work to me and Im sure there needs to be an easier solution to do it. spry Menu Bar – not displaying correctly in IE

We’ve an issue which has a a spry drop-down menus bar. It should resemble this: http: //i303. photobucket. com/albums/nn134/mr-skill/Picture23. png In Firefox & Safari it appears to be fine but in IE appears this: http: //i303. photobucket. com/albums/nn134/mr-skill/Picture24. png If it arrived on the scene like that within Firefox I’d think it was because the div that contain the spry club was too small but that isn’t the case – can be seen the yellow outline with the div in the primary pic, and it’s bigger as opposed to spry element. Every ideas Usually ie6 or SEVERAL or both It’s usually margin and/or foam with ie6 and perhaps sometimes 7. DW does a okay job making those spry menus work in everything, until you mess with all the css. Have you experimented with making the div a bit wider Start having 20px wider first. If that maintenance tasks it, then it is a width problem. Hopefully you can also make it wider without messing up your layout. Otherwise, you may have to have a ie mend.
