Howdy, I am recently developing a niche site for my usually, and i’m wanting to post multiple images/a gallery connected with my work. Adding Dynamic Content to site

Howdy, We have recently made your html site using Dreamweaver. It’s about something some friends in addition to I are doing. Problem is that we am constantly adding news to this. Right now I merely delete old news and move it to your full page rich in news. Then I generate new news to the front page. This can be too much function. How do i use a database to achieve this for me. I use godaddy for hosting and they also provide me along with mysql. How am i allowed to make it that easily write something new in the database, it shows up on the front page with the site. Than older news starts gonna an archive. Can’t get CSS or JS to upload in my site

While i upload files to help my domain, merely the images along with simple text appear and nothing different, no header, backgrounds, colors, nothing, simply just white page along with images. I get tried with FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOL, front page, and my hosting accounts file loader without any success. I have experimented with different combinations of file loading like CSS first, JS second in addition to vise versa using the same result. I’ve been working on this for two days and is particularly beginning to get me nuts! I’ve come so far in the learning process to construct a website then to be quit dead in this tracks by this. Help! FTP is all you must need to distribute them.
