Fixing Buttons In Place

My business is fairly new to website design and I ‘m very new in order to Expression Web. My business is trying to create a website for my girlfriend’s catering enterprise. I’m still in the beginning stages and trying to generate button links for you to her sub-domains. having problems in IE and firefox

acceptable, so this happens ALLL the time. whenever i create a layout, the IE version and also the firefox version generally look different. we have two screen pictures of what this latest layout looks like. the first is in firefox as well as the second in IE. What exactly is the problem They look similar to me aside from one is scrolled down a bit. Looks a similar to me also. if you take a look at the part which has the image menu: it says, your girlfriend, content, site, for example. they are aligned differently Is niagra laid out using CSS.

Fonts wont translate to other browsers…

So I got all jazzed cuz WHEN I finally finished Most of the site. I tried it in Firefox and also Safari on my own computer and almost everything looked great. Then I proceeded my g/f’s macbook pro and looked at it in your girlfriend Safari (a handful of versions newer as compared with mine) her Firefox(also a couple of versions newer) Group and IE… My fonts look nothing can beat they’re supposed for you to. So when you look at this site and observe generic looking fonts understand thats not just what exactly I see at my browser as well as what I intended for them to mimic. I’m unsure if any associated with you ca assistance me or not necessarily but I’ll look at. My girlfriend is a intro to web site design class. They are applying 2 programs. Is Dreamweaver and additional is a program they use to set up the page. I’m unsure what it is known as but I speculate they create the website/page within this program then transfer it up to dreamweaver. I’m looking to buy both of this for her. Any thoughts on what it is Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, or InDesign could well be my guess. Possibly Photoshop. If it truly is, get ready to spend about $1000 for any two!

My Site looks REALLY different in IE to firefox.

Hello there. I was hoping someone could possibly help with a dilemma i’m having. I’m aware you will find differences between how IE and FF display webpages but the very few pages I’ve made differ vastly! I’m by far from experienced in web design but I’ve made a few sites recently and never had such results. I’m building a website for my own girlfriends art (which is definitely what i’m focusing on but haven’t obtained it hosted yet) that, when loaded within IE, displays every one of the text to the particular left and completely ignores the type of my div keepers. The same provides happened with a different website I knocked up quickly, its table based compared with divs but it suffers a similar problem as the site i created with regard to my girlfriend.
