Concerning been setting up a simple straight html webpage for any colleague to modify and update himself using Dreamweaver. MY PARTNER AND I normally write value using BBEdit, nevertheless she needs any WYSIWYG and provides Dreamweaver MX in her PC. Concerning Dreamweaver 8 upon my PC. I’ve added pictures and graphics to the page and perhaps they are all placed over a host server using the code linking to a total URL for each. She can perspective the page around her browser without having problems, but when she opens the archive in Dreamweaver MX every one of the images are shattered. Next time i open it around Dreamweaver 8 Relating to no problems. All images show up just fine. Is there a worry with MX of which ignores full URLs Do they might need relative links The key reason why can’t she notice the images which are up online. FF not linking properly. My links are going to users computer

I designed my blog using Dreamweaver cs4. We’ve it set upwards for localhost. My organization is using apache, php plus mysql. I include tested my website on IE7, Safari plus Firefox. Using localhost. Almost everything worked great. All my links ar comparative. I published my personal site on about my host in addition to IE7 works excellent, however Firefox and Safiri will not. The index web page will load good with all several browsers. www. kammphotography. com After i click on any from the links the browser is seeking to connect the website link with my personal computer. Something like this file: ///c: /user I travelled in and deemed source and all my links are still relative < some sort of href=" form. html" I tried making among the list of links absolute and the worked. Help launching an external program on host server

We have a question concerning the launching of the external application, locally over a webserver. I did a few several hours of research, nonetheless to no avail. This is probably due to my lack with knowledge in webdesign. What I can do, is, host an online site with a one button/link that launches a course, or runs the command line script(either can accomplish my ultimate goal), locally to the webserver. I usually do not really care about anything aside from being able to invoke an opportunity on the webserver equipment via it’s hosted web page. I know how to create a webserver in addition to host a web page, I just do not know how to produce the page that launches the application. I Am Lost and Need Some Help Thanks

Ok so okay give you the run-down on what took place. I am a moderate web designer with medium competencies and ability plus learning more constantly. I was building a site for a friend with dreamweaver EIGHT, I know you will find better design programs but that was what I made use of. The site exercised well and I loaded with their host server. I made some changes towards the site and experimented with to update the internet version and in some way lost everything. Now an original site I had replaced is back in its place All my pages are long gone, my design is gone through the web, and MY PARTNER AND I can’t reload this. I have this saved copy in my PC while I save it into the remote host it says it can be loaded and saved but it surely is still that old site. Inserting a SWF (Flash) file w/o it being blocked in users browser

I’ve a simple little interactive flash record (game of sorts) that I’ve put into it’s own website selectable from one of my sub-menus. The issue I’m having with by using flash file, at the very least with my personal browser (IE7) along with it’s standard reliability settings, is that when i access that connection to the webpage using the flash file, I have the yellow bar dropping down in the top of the browser (" IE provides restricted this internet site from running pieces of software or active BACK BUTTON controls – press her for options" ) Then Need to right click in that yellow club, select allow articles, then answer of course in pop-up in which again warms me about " this content. " This content is correctly safe, which I would be willing to certify (if that may be something I can certainly do). I wish this content to get displayed to the users, without them requiring you to jump through hoops to get to it OR be nervous concerning the nature or safety on the content. Need website code for simple looped video playback ..

Hello there guys.. I’m causeing the little teaser website for any concept, and We have never really created for anything web-based and so need some support… What I’m endeavoring to is have a webpage what is the right in the center there exists just a video playing in the loop (i. age. when the movie finishes it gets going playing again).. The video file which would be played is stored online host server… I’m sure what you’re wondering, that I can certainly probably upload that video to facebook or something and get the embedding code to work (minus the looping aspect probably), but and here is what I likewise want: The player should have NO controls about the webpage.. That is, no play/pause control keys, no volume up/down, mute, fullscreen switches, etc.. Also ultimately speaking, there need to be no player border (like in the concept design graphic below)..
