I have established a central table to keep the content and considering using layers to support the menu bar as well as actual content Is this the best ways of doing it As well, when I develop the layers and also do an F12 along with view them within the browser the aren’t where I placed them Need to manually move them around but then they don’t appear correct within DW! Hi people of d’forum! Ive searched the forum but wasnt succesful! Quick question: Is there a regulation for how countless internal page links make sure you put at the end of your web-site (for navigation) If you see the 2 example jpgs (as working offline) normally the one has a link to each of the pages on coursesmart im building, the second has just the leading sections. Im certainly not any expert but i really believe that the first will be better for my SEO in this site (Oh here’s i right in saying this can be black do not lik SEO as i end up with one link for you to each page, and each link is always that pages title) What does one think Is this too busy What could you do Expectation your expertise can guide me! Cheers, Edd. 2nd one way too busy, i would complement the 1st. look neater plus much more professional. 2nd seems like a badly designed page with countless link as humanly possible 1st one to me: thumbsup: Cheers Karloff! Design Query – Your Opinions on This?

Fine so I’m assuming this is the right place for this… Attached is usually a screenshot of a typical page of a website I’m designing. Currently, does anybody else think that the ‘flatness’ from the top makes it look a lttle bit stupid Or type of, unfinished Like commonly there’s a bill or a logo above the key text but because the main text begins immediately and those two things shabby each side it types of looks a bit odd Does anybody like it Or agree by using me Thoughts Thanks a ton Yeah I think something is required to be there even if its merely a thin red tier or something, but I quite including the simplicity of everything, i’d have to view the site inside the flesh to actually know but at times very clean and simple sites sites can work effectively Very clean design… it takes minimalism too much, in my opinion. I really like it, I believe it looks genuinely nice. But I do agree that a red line on the top could appear cool, or maybe lines this way: ///////// going throughout the top… Very boring imo Okay thanks but I was only asking for … Continue reading

I need ideas of if my brand fits, although I like it, and There’s no doubt that the layout is definitely missing some critical parts just like a ‘call to action’. I like this design but I don’t think it conveys what I need it to and I don’t even think it makes one of the best use of space. Would a CMS help my site concept or hurt my concept?

I will be wanting to produce site that will look like the below concept design dl. getdropbox. com/u/39379/Site%20Concept%20Design%20Code. pdf ATM relating to the database designed, and have a robust understanding of how i may use PHP for you to graphically display the internet. However I are not aware how to allow users to sign in in and enter data in to the database. My friend explained i should start using a CMS (Joomla specificaly), but i was unsure if that will be the answer to my own problem. So we were hoping you people could stear me inside the right direction also the positioning wont be in relation to Pokemon, but the particular analogy works fairly well Effectively, layout-wise that appears like a pretty standard CMS using a plugin for dealing with image galleries and another for controlling product display. Whether you may implement it like that or not can be a different matter. Effectively, as i see, the layout seriously isn’t complex to handle with a CMS. I would try to search for a plugin which often correctly fits in your needs, if not located or difficult in order to implement – subsequently go programming your forms and parsers… … Continue reading

Website Statistics

Might anyone recommend a website that can supply traffic statistics in your site If your host has CPanel then you definately probably already include AWstats (the greatest IMO), Analog (the worst IMO because there’s way an excessive amount detaul on 1 page), and Webalizer (a classic). The host (eukhost. com) functions theLook controlpanel SEVERAL. 1 It’s got basic traffic statistics, but overall it’s quite poor. I’d like to gather more info such as cell phone browser versions, etc. Really, duh… i could just create a database myself as well as use good ol’ php! btw this was a very fast reply fil… kind regards! I remarkably recommend Pierre Far’s PHP Withstand 5. 1. The item produces AWESOME statistics, can echo again a visitor table, and is Really easy to install. Download it here. You’ll be able to view a sample in the results it makes here. (This is really a server I installed his script to test it out) You’ll be able to really customize the following counter. Image placement in web articles

Greetings all. We are designing the layout for a piece of text with images. Online resources the site wants images that go right across the page between the paragraphs. They say it is in order to tell a story with all the images. I am not only a usability expert, but my predatory instincts tell me that i should not breakup the flow with the text with rows associated with images. I was wondering if it’s bad design to breakup the text using images or definitely not. To give you a more rewarding idea, of what We are talking about, Relating to prepared images of what the several design ideas are. The file " images all the way up across page. jpg" displays a style of what the clientele prefers. The file " pictures right align. jpg" displays a typical format with the images right aligned. We were thinking about having a slideshow in the place of one image that this user could scroll through. Is using images all the way up across the page breaking a web site design standard I would like to make this page beautiful without having compromising its usability. Any opinions you have is greatly … Continue reading
