Firefox does not endure this problem. Is niagra a bug within IE7 Could I see coursesmart in action also happen in safari to my knowloge. had a consumer who uses any mac and she kept on saying about the bg being diff so net around it pondered to tile a smaller jpg image to have the exact coloring matching. damm IE…. in addition to mac Certainly, there are differences in the gamma depending which browser/platform images are increasingly being displayed on. This is why transparency is better helpful to match backgrounds as compared to matching’ background colorations. Soon, its less than ready yet Well IE and Safari have always been the lousiest windows around, in my opinion. Too bad if Microsoft and Apple won’t change the images of their browsers. How to create transparent background for images?
I would like to use layers just to save an irregularly-shaped image that has a TRANSPARENT background together with another image. After i try to conserve this image for a jpg or gif, the particular transparent background transforms white. I have observed that some surfers don’t handle png information well (I feel using Macromedia to get iamges) and png also consumes masses of quality. Will be best way involving saving images to ensure the transparent background will stay GIF encourages 1-bit transparency. What program have you been using to set up the images–Fireworks Use GIF and make sure you choose the transparency solution. An other thing will be the matte color -> choose the one that will coordinate with image that’s underneath. Web Explorer 6 really doesn’t support PNG, and a number of people are still with it. Yes I am just using Fireworks. After i save an image using a transparent background as either a gif or jpg, the particular background appears whitened. Macromedia Fireworks will not seem to permit me to choose a transparency solution when saving some sort of gif – and also anything else for instance. It does permit me to save as the photoshop psd … Continue reading

ok here’s the question: I have a website i am designing pertaining to my father. he has chosen to use yahoo sitebuilder, and i dont love it i opt to use my own design, but he enjoys the simplicity of all of it so i have consented to style the website using this tool. however my daddy likes the myspace design one in that your dog likes how everything moves onto the background as you move the background stays nonetheless. so my question is this; how do we design my background and website in order that it can look like this but not possess the columns and glasses and such within the design. i need 2 things, the transparency and the movability of the form. does that create sense im almost no of a website development guru, but you get what i mean i hope. anyhow, if you most could help me that might be great thank you. have a very good day. here is the website if you would like look at the idea: www. defensivecombat. com. advice on gifs please?
Hi there. would like to work with gif for a website I am working away at but the shadows or gradients emerge flat & nasty. I’m for example, making a button in illustrator along with using drop darkness. I’ve it set for best quality & for many of the colors available. Could anyone suggest easy methods to solve this problem With thanks Don’t work with a gif for gradients, shadows, or perhaps photographs, Save it for a jpg. But I need to the transparency. that was the real reason for the gif. You need to use PNG, but for IE5, SIX (and 7), you must use a hack to repair their PNG problem. – doesn’t that drastically improve the file size I’ve the same difficulty with transparent gifs. I’m afraid I just now now do not forget the limitations while designing and do not incorporate shadows etc plainly know it’ll mean a see-thorugh gif. jpg seems to be OK. Only work with the original png’s with all the current extra info throughout them. You still have to export them for a web png. I’ve noticed microscopic size increases when using PNG. And when you’re dealing with shadows or gradients you’re … Continue reading

Help! Slow loading site!
Greetings all, I’m currently owning a wordpress blog being hosted with fatcow. When I navigate towards the site there is apparently a pretty good hang prior to browser even starts to load this page. Most belonging to the wait is should the browser says " looking ahead to www. craigstrade. com… " Does this look like a DNS issue Anyway, as you can easily see above, the LINK is www. craigstrade. com Any help diagnosing this problem would be tremendously appreciated! Thank you, Phil MY SPOUSE AND I suspect it’s a person’s host itself. With a shared account you’ll be sharing resources for the WP database and so forth. To me, the lag looks like it would be the time it’s taking for making the db calling. We’d monitor it above different times from the day and find out if it gets greater or worse. If it receives better at very low peak times (later during the night time etc) then you recognize its the weight on their hosts causing issue. It could possibly also be something with all your WP implementation by itself, but others will often have more to offer on that. WP Super Cache is usually an … Continue reading
