My organization is looking to chang my current style and design. As well as overhaul most of my content along with services. Please note the particular content in my own mock up just isn’t what my new site will have: Ogre:.
The goal is to make an incremental betterment of what POST currently have. I will not want to fully redesign my website because feedback has mostly been positive. I am just seeking to address some current concerns.

Sure, the new design looks extra professional, although the old design isn’t bad at all either. I like the old one’s course-plotting.
I like the old navigation at the same time. The problem is that I need 5 VARIOUS buttons… its a dilemma which I have yet in order to resolve.
I think the existing design is stronger. Maybe try that will rework the navigation as an alternative to redoing the entire site.
Maybe something while in the shape of a new star or squared-off flower, with one piece while in the center, and this " petals" behaving like yours presently does.
