Searching ahead to 2010, I am setting a mission for myself… do 10 Websites from the end of 2010 AND BEYOND. I’ve taken lessons, read books and built my very own little site. I’m not worrying within the details at this moment. I just prefer to set the program. GAP in NESTED TABLES/SHIM PIXEL?

Hello all, An image i sliced in Photoshop then imported in to Dreamweaver is expressing little white dots within the right edge, just the place that the slice borders tend to be. I set all cellspace/borders to 0 and made sure the cell was the exact size of the image however the dots still remained. Make sure you see the linked image. I’ve seen threads on some forums saying that is a " shim" artwork creating extra breathing space. People have solved this challenge by deleting that column containing the particular shim pixels or maybe deleting spacer. gif, but after i do so all slices fall out of alignment. How to get rid from the shim graphic so that you will find there’s clean edge I’d very much value some guidance. Hi, New to Website design and keep asking which programs are simple to use and the label of some. I may check ebay for these. dingdong I guess Dreamweaver is a best. If you would like dive into making internet pages, you really don’t really need to buy anything. Feel free to use Notepad to do all those meals by hand. Then you definitely use FileZilla (free FTP program) for you to upload your records. Thanks but does Notepad develop the accessories and numerous applications that Dreamweaver includes Obviously certainly not. Notepad++ has reasonable code coloring includes however. And ofcourse, if you’re just starting setting up web design, learn basic principles first. I run a forum that have been down for months because I cant learn how to fix it. It’s all messed up, and all links about the main page points on the old domain that was. net, now We’ve a. com address. I have decided on a platform for any redesign of the first web project(pet site). I have several post regarding other aspects of this but it is a little more standard. I have thought he would turn it into a full blown commercial chat/entertainment/forum thing. im still within the engineering and structure phase and now have maybe bit off a lot of but im just gonna keep chewing. i intend on a javascript chatbox(not Third party) and only started researching javascript. the particular css/html/php is simply no prob. but i’d personally love some tips about structure and some do’s and dont’s concerning this from more knowledgeable developers if any can be so kind spend money on offer any. thx beforehand.
