Anyway to scroll an image?
Hi there, I’m new, so I apologize if I’m asking something that’s unrealistic with easy tools. I’d like to see to make an animation in this way: basically a horizontal scroll on the long narrow nonetheless — say, HUNDRED pixels x 4000 pixels, scrolling left within a 100×100 pixel figure. Total thing should consider about 30 securities and exchange commission’s and loop. Most of us tried it by using Corel Painter, but it really is too crews intensive and inflexible by to date — meaning, in conversation with tinker nor fine-tune it once their made. Thanks a lot! So the visible image is usually 100 X A HUNDRED pixels Or could be the visible image 4000 X 100 as well as 100 pixel image is moving across from right to left Can the image end up being. gif You could create an animated gif. I’m type of confused. I think an animated gif could well be WAY too huge of an filesize, especially for the photographic type of image… You may do it in Flash using a really simple movement tween, and your 100×100 pixel goggles (and actually, in case you have the file’s measurement as 100×100 then you certainly … Continue reading
News Page?
Hi all. I’ve designed, if I might say so personally, a pretty effective looking website that features a fair whack involving content. I would prefer to design some sort of news page that may be updated (I make use of Dreamweaver), where all of the news is saved on one page, so each articl would not needa seperate site (that’d take my home forever). I dreamed about anchors, because you can give each article a seperate ‘URL’ and you also can link to any component to the page, but can there be another way to complete it Anchors are not difficult, but someone I know has used these folks already… Just about any advice Cheers, NFan. P. VERTS: Any ideas regarding how I might get a comments sytem doing the job Is it your own news, or could it be news from additional web sites I’m sort of thinking of PHP that will display the reports… in a uncomplicated way. Need help spicing up this Real Estate site.
Formerly suffering with tinnitus asked to design an internet site for a realty business. Their original webpage is www. firstchoicerealtorsonline. com. Now i’m suppose to modernize it. I’ve obtained a basic construction at www. shawnstoppable. com/firstchoice, but I feel as if it needs lots of finesse added. My own HTML skills are generally mediocre. I should find out CSS, I think. I’m also considering implementing Coppermine so the agents own easier access to taking good care of their properties themself. Shawn… You’re searching for feedback Truthful feedback I do think the new design sort of sucks. The animation within the banner is not necessarily necessary and seems tacky. WHEN I hate the carousel thing too. The face photos are scrunched out of proportion and the tiny thumbs are too difficult to see regardless, why then have them to be a selection I need to visit a real estate site in addition to see instant facts on houses for sale in my area. I don’t care about seeing photos in the realtors. The old site is certainly a better design versus the new site, however the appearance can be a bit dated. An affiliate site with no moving parts will be … Continue reading

"Content" rollovers
Hi everyone, I am interested in a script just like the one on www. newspapertree. com, specifically the script exhibited within the " More Articles" section near the middle/bottom of this page. When you rollover the article title, additional content is definitely revealed (in your pretty neat sliding animation I would add). When I rollover yet another article title inside the same section, additional content is revealed as the other content is then hidden once again. Trying to find a valid and clean solution (obviously: ichatwink, but I’ll take what I will get. Just about any ideas Thanks. FONT=& quot/FONT I have no idea of of something pre-built, but animations in this way are relatively easy using Scriptaculous: http: //script. aculo. us/ Thanks for the scripts- Let me definitely examine them. I might try building anything myself. Any ideas before I make an effort to take this upwards Am not quite sure what you will be after as nothing did actually happen on my own computer!!!! However, feel free to use a css image gallery form of effect to find pictures and/or text appearing within a specified place onthe page after you hover (overwriting what’s there when you choose) and … Continue reading
