Question building online bulletin board??

My organization is a new member here a pal told me using this place to get some good help. Not 100% sure if this is the right area to help post but here’s the question preferably someone around these will know what you need. I am now a basic programer when it comes to web desgin. This company I work with regard to has given me this task to generate a site with almost for a jobs wanted sections, like what people guys have the following. A place where by people can post there information after which people can get there services. I thought what on earth is already being used in combination with a message board a great idea. I was questioning if people knew almost every other programs or computer code, preferably free to be able to maybe allow individuals to post there information like that people can get embark on to a site and accesss the info, something simple. If anyone possesses any ideas Let me take it. Bless you.

div instead of frame

Hello guys, I must have my left column regarding my site being updated all the time, so instead of getting to redo every single page of our site, I thought i would add a style, but I forgot how " bad" eyeglass frames are, so You want to add a new div, can somebody give me the code please Bless you. isnt it just a div align left " whatever pixels". I was wondering if any person could help myself. I really like the script this makes the WDF discussion boards bigger and smaller sized!! (look up on the header)… Ive completed many many lookups in WDF, plus google, but are already unsuccessful! Does anyone understand how to do it, or could point me sumwhere to find out how If you wish to find out nearly anything about any site, look in it is source code. It’s an alternative way to learn new methods. I don’t understand if people will get very happy in case you jack their computer code though. I have made the site and set it out as i need it but once the site loads up on the web, all the shots are crossed away. I have uploaded averything which is all good but i dont know what’s going on. linking on same page

Can easily someone tell me why my link seriously isn’t working If you click on the first item in the particular menu " What is QuittersClug. org" the page should move down for the content text with the same question. It works traditional in IE however , not in Mozilla the two on and away. Only the 1st menu item is defined to scroll immediately.. thank you I are not aware where this computer code resides.. All right so I’m designing an internet site for a band as well as manager wants every single child log onto the leading page as a way to write in up-to-date news, etc. and never having to include me in the process. I am very knowledgeable about html and css, but I have no idea of what the best way to go about this would be. I’m assuming I need any recordings administrative login technique PHP I curently have the site designed and want to incorporate this efficiency… hope I any longer ! start from damage.
