Update single page component through link to another site

Howdy everyone. This may perhaps be easy for an individual, but I’m creating a site for a smaller mortgage brokerage firm and they wish to update the interest rate displayed on their site daily. I know that i can go inside and manually do this, but I do not want to fool by using it. I have visited the co-author aspect in Go Dwell, but I think I possibly could link an anchored table to the site of its lender, which is the location where the rate originates. Can I connection to just one bit of text on another site and now have it display with my site dynamically It is possible to best option below
All help is ENORMOUSLY APPRECIATED!!

You can link to an additional website, even only a specific line/section, however you should have authorisation from one other website.

Of course one of the best solution will be to have the alternative site provide an XML document in their rates, which you should use a server-side script in order to read, format, and display on your site.

But that needs some focus on their end (which is literally pretty simple to be able to do). Chat along first.

Many thanks everyone. The broker can have permission to link since they are a licensed broker for your lender. I was just hoping so it was as simple as linking just one table cell on the other site. I just need you number to display on the webpage. I will look at the suggestions.
Thanx once more!!

In this sort of case, that lender will be able to produce some independent file like charge. txt (it’s uncomplicated if he’s by using a server-side scripting system) you can bring into your blog quite easily.
