New Site design plus a few questions

Hello everyone, I am your photographer and recently built an affiliate site with FP2003. I really didnt like the way in which it turned out but Thought about to get anything up while MY SPOUSE AND I built something improved. So I put down out what I’d prefer my new site to look like and got Dreamweaver to apply to publish the website. Please take a glance at my layout and offer any feedback you’ve. Also any suggestions spend money on how to issue my idea a lot of effectively. From what I am aware of I could make use of photoshop CS completely or use dreamweaver. I lean towards DW to create updates etc. quicker and much more efficient. However We have never used DW, Only got it now, so dont know only have the skill to transform my own layout from photoshop CS right into a living breathing web page. RSS feed? need help

Firefox discover them, but says " Live bookmark feed failed to load" Can someone please check it out for me With thanks Seems to get something about a person’s auto-detect. how to VERTICALLY center a div within the body?

this is an unanswered thread from before… i’m developing a really hard moment arranging divs on the page. i appear to have worked most of it out, but still we can’t center/vertical-align this main div inside window/body. on the web align divs without setting specific px as well as % margins for you to them ps: why doesn’t WDF make it possible for css attachments As part of your page div, put in place Also, take out this height: 100%; for the reason that it’s useless. setting the perimeter to 0 along with auto doesn’t have an effect on the positioning on the div. taking out the " useless" height shrinks the div down to a sliver! i’d like to see the #page div that they are centered on your screen/body….. anyone have every other suggestions Also, it’s because that you’re using absolute positioning to the div. kill fee for large website?

I’ve designed and maintained a website for a very popular good ole’ n’ roll wrist band for about 6TH years. They became successful and weren’t when I going the designing. (they were inside top 10 for many months in 2000-2001). Now they want to gain me to surrender the passwords and such for your site for another person to work on it and take it all away by me. (They have already the passwords for your domain name, but is not the hosting along with such). I think I deserve some kind of kill fee… probably $10, 000 (remember, they’re millionaires). I have never had any sort of contract with these, but I are actually paid regularly without any problems as any conditional employee and also have paid taxes on my earnings. hello there experts.. we’ve given an work on shopping carry website.. i’m just confused on learning to make the website glance pro and user- pleasant… i dunno in making the site inot structures or tables what type is better.. then made from combination is an additional prob.. is it ok only used dark blue and orange and also brown.. Don’t double post. Likewise, avoid frames if it is going to be something qualified. Frams are for new webdesigners and those with little time books dont need to change lets claim the links to the table of contents and if you have a big site its much healthier but not with regard to other. i recently manufactured a frame site for any robotics competion and we came upwards in like Tenth place or a thing (only 20 people today in competion) im almost sure in case we made the same site but without frames may well have placed no less than 5th.

Meta Tags

Because that i require visitors to my own website, i’ve been considering meta tags, do they help don’t you put them within the index page solely or all webpages please help my home, thanks I’m no expert, but meta tags do help also , you can put these people in any pages you wish to show up. I’ve used them along with noticed it bubbled me personally up. sorry i’m very little more help the following. hth J__ yahoo and google meta tags, and you may find a wealth of info on them. Meta tags arent really familiar with index search machines. Mostly back inbound links, h1 tags, and two or three other factors….. Search WDF for search engine marketing and im sure you will see what you looking for!: classic: You should be putting the subject tag in (which isn’t a meta label but folk believe it is), this description tag with, and the keywords and phrases tag. On most pages. More or perhaps less. There’s loads of detail about most this on my own site, ‘scuse this plug. I put it there since it explains things completely which saves myself doing it often and over… BB.

Add a 1 pixel solid border to certain table or a part of a table.

Hello there. I will be using FrontPage for web page design. I used to include 1 pixel, solid borders to certain table not all tables on the page or or parts of tables using FrontPage, nevertheless noticed that these kind of borders are only visible in Net Exlporer, while in other browser for instance Opera or Mozilla an individual wouldnt see all those borders. My question is how can i add cross-browser kitchen table borders so that it could be seen in all browsers or at the least in many I guess it can be done through css script, but I guess there might be easier way.
