Netscape crash
Im doing a new site and I have inserted a scrolling text in the front page. Looking at in Explorer it all looks fine, however in Netscape there is a large space around the bottom, which is the same as the space the entire rolling text derives passion for had it also been static text. Can anyone make sure you help me keeping this Im obviously carrying out something wrong inside the coding of this particular scrolling text. Your URL is http: //www. relocationenterprises. com/index5. htm Understand all help!: typical: Sturle Well.. I just looked at it in Netscape also it looks fine… In Firefox. at least, there is a massive blank space following your content. Yes, thats exactly the matter. Any advise looks like it’s the " direction=’up’" part but I don’t understand how to work around this… Are you when using the marquee tag If so, it will definitely not work in Netscape… this tag has been created by Ms for Internet Explorer and also has never been part of HTML per se. What Netscape does is ignore the licence plate, and therefore output your entire text that might have been scrolled… seems like this is your current … Continue reading

RSS intergration with IE?
Can be their a wordpress extension for RSS bottles for IE That browsers support RSS Does one think IE will probably support RSS of their next browser WHEN I use firefox, but if i want to integrate a Rss feed into my site, my IE visitors wont be capable to use the attribute. Which sucks. Hence is their a new plugin for IE gives thanks! You never know with MICROSOFT, but if they actually I’d guess also they’d make their unique version of the idea, or give this some flashy label, if at most of. I believe, I use Bloglines. com for my Rss feed, as does Brak. 100+ websites in my record, and I can certainly access/edit/update them from any web browser, regardless of where I am. RSS wasn’t really for the purpose of browsers, it’s more of an easy way that Firefox adaptable the technology. Many people using RSS employ aggregators (like bloglines). These are great, and seeing that Wired said : non browser established. And non-PC established! Having access to it from at any place is great!

Ever so slightly large problem here…. (CSS)
Right, I decided for at the first try I was likely to do a web page in CSS, its a website for one regarding my father’s friends (its the replacement for that website I posted in that other thread within " hows the site, " whenever anyone remembers that) In any case, the css seems to your workplace OKISH in Firefox, but it dosnt work in the slightest properly in IE. And theres also a few problems in Firefox however, the width setting within the links in the top end right dosnt are most often working, it shoud be the whole 200px across… IE seems to be resizing the major image section affordable (how the hell) plus makes the links as being a list, tiling vertically. Furthermore, does anyone realize how to center div’s without needing center tags WOOPSIE, did not remember the address: http: //hofflenosh. f2g. net/totalcleantest/home. htm (hosting for a subdirectory in the Hofflenosh Website throughout testing… ) To center the website use margin: 0px car; whatever div has been to be centered. I’ve never used thicker: 100% in the CSS because Now i’m under the impression so it doesn’t work exactly the same way as in HTML. … Continue reading

Background scrolls in Firefox, not in IE
Hi there, I’m using FrontPage 2000 to construct a website over a Windows XP technique. I’ve set a graphic because background, and Truly selected " Watermark" in FP therefore , the background will stay static with the just text scrolling. This works not surprisingly in IE 6, but in Firefox the actual background scrolls using the text. What Html code is causing it is there a workaround With thanks, Erectile dysfunction Let’s see the code, right Solved this. WE use FrontPage, and yes it uses a MSFT non-standard method of freezing the backdrop. When I employed a CSS-style history definition (below) every thing works fine. SYSTEM background-image: url(images/CA_background2. jpg); background-repeat: no-repeat; /*no-tiling background*/ background-attachment: unchanging; margin-top: 0; margin-left: 0; Thanks in your reply and offer you of help! Erectile dysfunction.

Multiple browsers for testing
I currently have got Mozilla Firefox and IE installed and also was wondering if it becomes a good idea to setup another browser to test my sites about. Would this conflict when using the other browsers Beware of any major disparities in other browsers than a site optimised with regard to IE and Mozilla Firefox could look different in Opera or Netscape. I’m unsure of any big differences with Opera, nevertheless I’ve seen quite a few minor differences. Mainly it renders just like FF though. You possibly can cancel out the brand new version of Netscape because it steals rendering from whatever other browser you’ve got. If I fitted opera would it conflict with Net explorer or firefox or cause any problems In terms of i know that won’t, I own both installed. I’d also recommend testing on lynx just to see what your webblog will look such as on text-only browsers and search engine optimization spiders. We’ve checked it at lynx, lucky thing MY PARTNER AND I put those wording links on at the end of the page!!! Now just to have my school challenge site partly obeyed I any longer ! do much next time i go back.
