Slicing & Searchability
I am trying to reprogram a website without knowing much about programming. My first big hurdle was turning a niche site designed in illustrator into the proper website, which I did by slicing inside fireworks, but then came the challenge of searchability. Because the text was a great gif image it turned out n’t searchable. What I finished up doing was obtaining the image in addition to inserting text in dreamweaver. Since the text is now in the physique, is this searchable And in addition, there is a great deal of white space while in the site, which as a consequence of my settings plus slicing made all of them into blank white gif images. Does this effect coursesmart negatively Does it take more time to load If and also, do I just simply delete the images and will that have just about any possible negative effect Thanks so much in advance. oh yea, the site can be www. newjerseyhairtransplants. com You did good if you take text right out the images and only typing it in. It will become searchable. Short answer – yes it will eventually take more occasion to load. Employing single color. gif’s though shouldn’t allow … Continue reading

Google Logo Font?
I became wondering what the name in the font that Google uses in all of it’s logos is. I have searched around and in many cases uploaded the logo hoping that it would look for a match but I couldn’t produce anything that was like Google’s. Did google create their unique text style which is it available totally free or is it the same text style WHEN I searched on in this article first before ad and didn’t view anything relevant, so I hope it is a first post with regards to this. Thanks! Likely created their unique, in which scenario the font can be called " Google" WHEN I found something comparable while playing all-around today at university, but I will not remember the font. I think it was just like the Californian FB font, but I recently can’t remember. WHEN I found the font, but lose interest in it. The font style is named Catull and it may be purchased for ONE HUNDRED bucks. Forget which.. Im sure its placed on the web free somewhere…. You will get almost anything somwhere via the internet for free.. or as a minimum less than charge.. but it wouldn’t be a … Continue reading

First ecommerce site
Howdy All, I am about to boldly get where I didn’t gone before, a good ecommerce site. This site will have about 255 items from the catalogue, ranging throughout price from small to quite pricey. They want the thumbnail list with a ‘click to enlarge’ feature for every item. But here is the kicker they need to keep the cost down by obtaining the customer view decorative accessories on the wholesalers website after which purchase on theirs, someone told them it was possible. This may not entail every return features from your wholesale page. Can this possibly be down or would you like clumsy and mail the prospective customers click elsewhere Any and all help shall be appreciated.

RSS intergration with IE?
Can be their a wordpress extension for RSS bottles for IE That browsers support RSS Does one think IE will probably support RSS of their next browser WHEN I use firefox, but if i want to integrate a Rss feed into my site, my IE visitors wont be capable to use the attribute. Which sucks. Hence is their a new plugin for IE gives thanks! You never know with MICROSOFT, but if they actually I’d guess also they’d make their unique version of the idea, or give this some flashy label, if at most of. I believe, I use Bloglines. com for my Rss feed, as does Brak. 100+ websites in my record, and I can certainly access/edit/update them from any web browser, regardless of where I am. RSS wasn’t really for the purpose of browsers, it’s more of an easy way that Firefox adaptable the technology. Many people using RSS employ aggregators (like bloglines). These are great, and seeing that Wired said : non browser established. And non-PC established! Having access to it from at any place is great!

Mail Form Input Type = Fax?
My organization is about revamp an online site for a client which includes a simple mail resolution form and WHEN I also intend hosting coursesmart with a several provider. My client states that he’s previously never gotten the content belonging to the mail form by means of e-mail but the fact that results came to him via fax. I thought this was rather strange but investigating the HTML in the mail form page the following line is visible….. < input type=" HIDDEN" name=" TO_FAX" value=" 01506871961" > Obviously one more bit is his / her fax number. I’ve never heard of this facility – so how does it work Will there be some automated process in the current ISP this sends the fax for you to him, or does someone at the ISP simply intercept the actual email form and fax it manually , to my client I am slightly baffled. Not surprisingly, my client includes asked if they can still have this facility following the revamp and moved coursesmart to my chosen host but I would doubt if they might provide this provider. Can someone reveal if they’ve discovered this before you need to That is actually pretty neat. … Continue reading

Web designer income
hey i got wondering if any person knows what the normal income would be for any website designer as well as a ballpark income intended for oh lets claim someone who operates for 2advanced or some brilliant studio like in which It varies a great deal that it’s hard to offer an " average". Few individuals are just " website designers". You have got designers that design and style websites, business credit cards, letter head, brochures, and many others. Then you have people that can code, design/maintain listings, etc. Most people choose to excel at instead of trying to be the top at both. Accordingly, look around this specific forum for identical questions (use this search feature). Here are a few interesting threads IMO. Well-known Web Designers 2Advanced thanx man u deserve a type of Turtle thigns lol This will depend of your design and style skills. If you might be also experienced in HTML, XML and Java Script you will earn more. Regards D. Actually, I’d say this will depend almost solely on your own business skills and hardly by any means on your designing skills usually. Being a designer is working hard, you have to get willing to … Continue reading
