Best way to create a news section?

Hello there Guys, I’m working over a few things presently but one analysts requires having your news section. I would want to create it as that the consumer can update the actual news themselves with out needing any help from me or any expertise in coding. I was thinking of a CMS like Joomla but MY PARTNER AND I wasn’t sure if it was possible to just integrate suitable standard html/css internet site or whether the complete website should be design with that CMS. GAP in NESTED TABLES/SHIM PIXEL?

Hello all, An image i sliced in Photoshop then imported in to Dreamweaver is expressing little white dots within the right edge, just the place that the slice borders tend to be. I set all cellspace/borders to 0 and made sure the cell was the exact size of the image however the dots still remained. Make sure you see the linked image. I’ve seen threads on some forums saying that is a " shim" artwork creating extra breathing space. People have solved this challenge by deleting that column containing the particular shim pixels or maybe deleting spacer. gif, but after i do so all slices fall out of alignment. How to get rid from the shim graphic so that you will find there’s clean edge I’d very much value some guidance. I run a forum that have been down for months because I cant learn how to fix it. It’s all messed up, and all links about the main page points on the old domain that was. net, now We’ve a. com address. Here it’s: http: //www. dark-truth. com/forums/ I can not log in to my manager bill either since seeking to log in also forwards towards old. net deal with. Then again, it does look like everything is intact, in my. com address, the problem being the majority of it except the principle page is resulting in the old. web site, so even the key page and history etc is exhibited wrong. So, it does could be seen as all old data and posts etc are stored on my new. com space, but the challenge being all links points towards old. net domain. Hello there, I’m looking for a lot of help… I belong into a Citizens Patrol group and i’m trying to figure out an online calendar that is usually used as the scheduler.
