Making a web site for the first time. I do not know where to start.

Hi, I am brand new to designing web sites. I have dreamweaver and prefer to make a web page with funny videos, pictures, flash video games, and more. I are not aware of where to get going though. I have pretty limited knowledge on making websites and want to learn if you can ,. I can help to make basic pages having links but My business is not sure how you can add videos a great flash games. Do Need to email the author of the video or expensive game for permission helping put on my site, or can I put it on Just how do i know whether or to never ask permission Possibly there is any other ideas or tips that will someone who is only starting should know Thank you This is one where you must find someone that could meet with everyone in person and teach you how things will be done. Image in Web pages

i will be new to online development… would like to know that how i will add thumbnail image in website page.. and when someone mouse click on that thumbnail them get enlarge… You’ve got two images, one thumb and one fullsize. Hi there everyone, I’m new the following and was wanting someone can point me inside right direction with regard to my situation. I’ve been planning web pages just the summer years, just uncomplicated stuff, informational having pictures and wording. I was just hired to create a website to get a company and what they desire is way over my head. I’ve never done any kind of actual coding, I’m the WYSIWYG method of guy. The corporation wants the pursuing: User registration for your website, Usernames and Passwords for documented users, Reside chat room, Debate forums, Particular profile pages, Admin control panel to get users. Like I said this can be WAYYYY more state-of-the-art than anything I’ve done before. I’ve using Dreamweaver 6 for my layout. I have a server that may host PHP and MySQL pages. Are there website templates I’ll buy Is at this time there free copy in addition to paste codes for a majority of these things I really hope I haven’t bitten off more than I can chew for this one. Dont know where increased hits coming from

Hi there, Inside recent couple months, the unique hits I’m getting increased by means of almost 100%, from around 150 per day to almost 300 daily. I am not complaining but MY SPOUSE AND I dont have any idea where there’re coming from. I had been just updating my own site as regular and I checked as well as statistics and backlins and failed to see anything beyond ordinary or added in. Hi, New to Website design and keep asking which programs are simple to use and the label of some. I may check ebay for these. dingdong I guess Dreamweaver is a best. If you would like dive into making internet pages, you really don’t really need to buy anything. Feel free to use Notepad to do all those meals by hand. Then you definitely use FileZilla (free FTP program) for you to upload your records. Thanks but does Notepad develop the accessories and numerous applications that Dreamweaver includes Obviously certainly not. Notepad++ has reasonable code coloring includes however. And ofcourse, if you’re just starting setting up web design, learn basic principles first. Don’t rely on Dreamweaver or programs as if it, because they add lots of excess code, and you must learn the code itself and understand what can stay and also what can get. ok, but if I put an online site up I dont want to have to do that twice when I get better at it later. Which CMS is right for me?

Hello there, I favor to design my sites in HTML PAGE and CSS. I want my clients every single child just add websites and edit wording. Practically nothing Fancy. Cushy CMS will last editing text but lacks the ability of adding pages. Can someone propose a CMS is is super easy to implement towards already designed Html sites Thanks What would you mean by adding pages You truly don’t add web pages… you add written content. This website (Web Design Forums) is a good example. Every single pages you’re viewing whenever you navigate around is just not a " brand new page". It’s one script of which changes content using PHP along with a MySQL database. While you add a fresh post, like anyone did, a new page was not added. Thus describe what an individual mean by " including new pages". Sure Max, I think Joomla! and Drupal let the client actually add webpages. Surreal CMS is a lot like Cushy on steroids. Need some approach to edit Dreamweaver editable region (template) from in just browser like CMS’s complete, but i dont need to build my site using CMS i want to define certain areas which might be editable. Perhaps there is FREE solution so that this Do you know anything about PHP And do you make your web sites. php (instead involving. html) There are several simple PHP alter methods… some with a small amount of security or capabilities, but very essential and easy. Color require a WYSIWYG manager or very fundamental (text only) Is this to get clients to edit content If you do not want a cms site or deal with php (although Max can probably teach you an easy solution) then you can look at Cushy CMS. I use it for 2 sites and it works great to get simple text plus image swaps for your client. Cushy is usually a nice editor. The simpler the better. Konductor, Konductor, Konductor – requires default. dwt and makes them a CMS template – the person interface is unbeatable. It’s like Add – but THOUSANDS OF times better. hope that helps!
